The Best in the Field!. Nancy and Stephanie at Alegra's are the best! They are versatile, creative, innovative and take great pride in helping their customers get the optimum out of their experience in shopping whether it?s bridal, social or business needs. I had printed pieces done with them for my business (business cards and advertising pieces) and couldn?t be more pleased. Their terrific sense of design, thoroughness in making sure that I knew what the options were and what I was being charged for made my experience with them one in a million! And, we had fun! A visit to their store is so pleasant, and they brought a sense of calm to the whole process that my anxiety level went to zero because I knew my precious project was in the hands of real professionals. I have had so many compliments on the beautiful pieces they helped me design and have actually met others in the course of business who have used Alegra?s and been similarly impressed with their quality of service and product. Both ladies go out of their way to gently educate the customer on what to be should be watching for in order to know their responsibilities when making decisions about printing products as well as what the choices are. In subsequent dealings, I have found them to be unfailingly helpful, fair and fun to work with. I wish there were more businesses like Alegra?s. It would make shopping and making those critical decisions a great deal more pleasant. I would recommend Alegra?s to anyone who wants a quality experience in a terrific setting with the best people.…

Beautiful invitations....amazing and personal service!. I found Alegra's as a bride, but I have continued to use them for the most fabulous party invitations every year. Due to the nature of my business, I have to throw a lot of client parties, and I like to throw anniversary and wedding parties as well. Alegra's has incredible party inviations and it really sets a quality tone for all the professional events that I throw. I get incredible feedback and I really believe my parties are a bigger success because of it. Nancy, the owner, takes such an honest interest in my business, and it really translates. She also handles all my paper and stationary needs. They have a small, personal store that takes an active interest in every customer that walks in. When I was a bride (so many years ago!), I loved them so much that I invited the entire Alegra's crew to my wedding!!! and now, they get invited to my parties. In this day and age, you just don't get the kind of service they give anymore.

Worst Customer Service. For a shop who says it stand on their heads of their brides it is the worst service I have ever had. The ladies are rude, unprofessional, and WAY overpriced for the quality of their work. I would rather buy invitaitons at Target than give these ladies any business.…
