For an inexpensive, classic hamburger,
there is none better than Hut's in Austin. There are over 20 types of burgers on the menu, full bar, and lots of history on the walls.

Great burgers, just love the diverse
menu. I can pick a new burger every time and still have a reason to come back.

yummy.
There is a reason this place has been open forever... it is really that good. Hut's is one of my favorite burger spots in austin ever. It gets a little crowded but that is to be expected as it is awesome.

GREAT burgers, an Austin classic!.
I never had a bad burger at Huts! My favorite is the Wolfman Jack Burger, green chiles, jack cheese, a little sour cream and crispy bacon. OMG! FANTASTIC :) the service is great, the 1/2 fries & 1/2 onion rings are also a favorite to share. I highly recommend it!

I was made fun of..
Yeah, I went there! Heard all about it! All I ever heard was, "Oh, the burgers are so great!" or read articles that say, "Oh, the burgers are so great!" Even homeless guys would say,"Oh, the burger scraps are so great!" I got sick of hearing about it so what do I do? I go there by way of bicycle because I'm a smart guy and all the smart ones know that it's quicker to ride a bike in traffic than drive a stupid gas guzzlin' car. Plus, when you go alone you don't have to spend your hard earned money on some tramped up gold digger. But mostly, I just simply look real cool on my bike. I got an auro around me that just screams Austinite, it's so way cool! Anyways, I pull up on my bike and lock it up and tell this homeless guy to stay away from it and go inside to order. There was nothing special about ordering. I got a waiter, not a waitress so I can't say my server was hot. Nice enough though. (maybe next time I go) So, I order a.... you guessed it, a burger with fries. They must have messed up the order because they gave me too much and I ate it all, except for a small bit of fries. It was really good I have to say. I've eaten burgers from here to Seoul Korea and these were the best by far. Unless you like Kimchee on your burger more than you like lettuce and tomato. Anyways, I left there happy, and stuffed. The homeless guy was still there ogling my cool bike and asked for some change but I just threw him a few fries. I proceded down S. Lamar and noticed some little kids, a boy and a girl in a car pointing and laughing at me from the safety of their locked vehicle. I looked down to see what they were pointing at and I noticed a small ponch of a gut hangin' out cause they gave me so much food. I know kids their age that will do my dirty work. I will never forget their faces. Oh, I would definitely recommend eating there, it's so choice.

Yummy.
The food is great and the small yet cozy atmosphere is inviting. The restaurant is usually packed but a short wait shouldn't deter anyone from hanging around. There was a comment about bad service and admittedly, Management noticed they have a couple "bad apples" and immediately replaced a couple of their staff. I for one, can appreciate a Management team that listens to its customers. I'm going back tomorrow!

Ah...Park on 6th st. Wait in line and get dry hamberers. My search continues for that great burger. Parkside is pretty good though. Just saying.
