Better Thing. Strong drinks at cheap prices. Service is great but most of the time the place is too busy for excellent service. Try the Mexican Martini, the best in Austin. The deck is awesome too.

The Rocks. First time in at the new location. All good if not better than prevous location. Same great drinks and laid back atmosphere. A must see if you're tired of the same old clubs.

New district. We had a great time at the Cedar Door before and after dinner at Roy's. The Mexican's are always great and the atmosphere is more sophisticated than the Warehouse distrcit. Maybe someone should tell the guys that the women to guy ratio is 5 to 1. That's probably why the hang out at the Door!

Old favorite. The Cedar Door remains a cool place to hang regardless of time. So many new trendy places that come and go but this Austin favorite has staying power. It's a simple, laid back joint that has more charm than any new bar could possibly duplicate.

Nice Improvement. First time out to the new location. The deck is HUGE and the drinks are still affordable. The beer garden is great if want to get away from the crowd in front.

Cool Place. Nice to see this institution open again. HUGE deck and really strong Mexican's. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Great improvement on the bathrooms.

New Mexican Price. Had a great time, again, at the Door. Noticed they have new drink specials during the week and they lowered the price of the Mexican. Plenty of parking considering the place was packed. Bathrooms are bigger and cleaner than previous location.

Great Drink Specials. Stopped in and noticed new drink specials from Sunday to Thursday. $2 Drafts on Tuesday and $3.00 wells on Thursday. This is great for those of us laid off from local law firms! They have a new house mexican for $7.50. Not bad but we still like the original.

Big Deck and Bigger Drinks. These folks have done a wonderful job improving the Door while keeping its charm and character. Good luck and thanks for keeping this landmark open!
