Huge Disappointment. They are very nice on the phone and in person and their store is attractive. But when it comes time for them to deliver, don't expect much. They did a party for me. Unbelievable. I have never seen so many wilted flowers in my entire life. Plus they didn't even give me the flowers I asked for. Unfortunately they already had my money and didn't seem to care at all. I was complaining to a friend who then informed me that her mother had had nearly the same experience with these people. Wish I had known before. Beware.

Over the top flower arrangements. Stellar service. Recipients always amazed. Prices commensurate with quality and uniqueness of design. This ain't FTD!

This brightly painted shop sits on a quiet, leafy street just west of downtown, a peaceful, sun-filled room brimming with elegantly arranged flowers and decorative objects. While the accessories run the gamut from pottery to chopsticks, there is a decidedly hip, Asian vibe emanating from the Zen tea sets, votive candles and delicate bowls. Cowgirls is a custom flower store, meaning that it will tailor everything from weddings to daily deliveries to suit even the most traditional clients.

Thank God for Cowgirls and Flowers.... There are a lot of florist to choose from in Austin. Trust me I have tried them all, and with success. However let me introduce you to Kathryn Miller. Never has a florist made me feel more welcome in the design process or have I felt conforable to say "just do your thing Kathryn, you know I want these to stand out!" She has made for me the most elegant and classic to contemporary and modern. From the largest over the top to the small "I'm Sorry" but not that sorry price range. Great staff as welcome. Say Hi to Mimi!

Love 'em!. C&F comes through for me every time. I call, give them a budget and a direction, and next thing i know i get a call from the recipient saying they're the prettiest flowers they've ever gotten. Fabulous!
