Melody is one of the smartest hair stylists in Austin and she has great intuition on what needs to be done to a hairstyle to keep it updated and flattering. She's fantastic with color as well. Her consultations are very holistically informed and produce the best results for the client taking into accont complexion, hair color and sense of style, to name a few. She is an expert in her profession and is well trained in the lastest trends in hair fashion. I trust her instincts with stunning and gorgeous results. She is a real asset to a fabulous salon like Bella!

Jason is a Great Stylist with Cali Flare

My first visit to Bella salon was over a month ago. I was scheduled with Jason after explaining to the receptionist that I had short hair and wanted an expert cut.
Jason, also known as Deville, is a large tattooed body-builder. At first I thought, oh great, this might not be good.
He spent over 10 minutes asking me questions about my style, life and haircut desires; after this, I was at ease. His professionalism and expertise were apparent in the consultation and throughout the haircut.
I have short hair with many cowlicks, and a bad haircut can be disastrous. If the haircut's not funky enough, I'll look like an old maid. If it's not precise, I'll look like I just visited Supercuts.
When Jason was done, I was pleasantly surprised. He's the best Austin hairdresser I have ever used. Previously I got my haircuts with an expert stylist at Jackson Ruiz and Salon Intuitions. I must say that both places have great stylist (I always received a satisfactory haircut), but they lacked in creativity.
Overall, I highly recommend Jason; he has over 20 years experience and has a California flare that most Austin stylist are missing. Don't be afraid, you will be in good hands.

Great Service from Raquel

I've been getting my hair cut at Bella for about a year now and its a great place. Raquel has been cutting and coloring my hair and she is fantastic! She is so sweet and is very good at what she does. Recently she asked if I would like to try the feather extensions, and I said I would try them out. Raquel had a good selection of color and length and she put them in quickly. I really like them and its a fun flair to my normal style. I have gotten many compliments on them and I'm glad Raquel brought it up!
