I have frequented this location and every time I have received terrible customer service. The main two employees at this location - one skinny brown haired Caucasian man and an older heavy set white haired Caucasian man are the most rude people I have ever experienced in my life. Today (out of the many, many times I've been here) I went to drop off a package and the skinny man was already helping a customer so I tried to talk to the other man and the skinny man goes, "Look at my face when you talk to me. The other guy is busy right now." I was so stunned at what he said to me and told him that it is unacceptable to talk to a customer like that and he started accusing me of yelling at the other employee. Thankfully another customer was in the store and with an astonished look on her face she said, "she wasn't yelling." When I told them I ship out all my packages via UPS the older employee looked at me and said, " We're not OWNED by UPS, this is a private business so we're not UPS employees." When I said that he still shouldn't be talking to customers like that he cut me off in the middle of my sentence and proceeded into saying, "We'll let the owner know." Leaving the store the other customer in the store told me that she's experienced poor service in the past and after she saw what happened today she will go out of her way to visit another location. She couldn't believe how the employees talked to me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced such terrible customer service at this location. I have filed a complaint with the UPS corporate office's Store complaint line. I strongly believe in customer service and believe that every business should hold itself to high standards when offering a service and I think people should complain when they are treated like this. Please contact 1-800-789-4623 for the UPS complaint line and please let the store owners at this location realize what is going on behind their backs.
