Discount Tire

Excellent Service!. Took my car in this morning because I had a nail in a factory tire. I had no appointment & Discount Tire was busy but Zach got me in no problem. Not only that, but they fixed my tire, rotated the tires and reprogrammed my tire pressure monitors...for FREE & in less than an hour! 2nd time to visit a Discount Tire in a week and extremely pleased with their service. What they don't tell you. Had to call the manufacturer of my wheels/rims which were installed by DT on my new vehicle. DT requested I pay for replacement parts for these wheels which were covered under the manufacturers warranty. BTW, have had to have this particular part (center wheel cap paint peeling) replaced at least 5 times (ENKEI) since 2004. Have never been charged before, but now... WTH. Now that the wheels are "discontinued" I guess I have crappy wheels to live with.…

A+++Service A+++Atmosphere.. I visited this store for the first time because my tire was rapidly going flat. The gentlemen behind the counter were very nice. The waiting area had new magazines, newspapers and free bottled water and coffee.

Imagine my surprise when a gentleman call for me when my car was through He said NO CHARGE for fixing the flat.
