Best florist in town!. I got flowers here for a large, important public event and they went above and beyond my expectations! The arrangements were stunning, and everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will never use another florist in Austin!

Best Florist in Austin!. I went to Ben White Florist to get my prom corsage and the salesperson was very helpful! The corsage book had a lot of choices and made it easy to pick one out quickly and it looked great!

Excellent Service, Gorgeous Flowers. Debra M. was simply wonderful. She was so patient with me as the wedding drew near and helped me remember what we had picked out for various pieces. All the flowers were exactly how I had pictured them. Debra and her assistant set up all the flowers at the ceremony and even used some extras for an impromptu arrangement on the guest book table. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Well, bluntly, just a rip off. OK, for $42, you'd expect a decent bouquet. And on the Web site, it sure looks decent. In reality, it's this midget mix of primarily cheap flowers (carnations and alstroemeria), all six inches of stem, in a midget vase and a mouthful of water. I'm talking like something you could stick in your lapel and not look ridiculous. I was going to have them delivered to my wife (what would it be, about $55 then?)--thank living god I didn't. She would have been the laughingstock of the office. I'm not that flower savvy so even told her the price (how could I not--I had to justify it somehow): she confirmed rip off. I've learned my lesson--I'll go to Randalls from now on.

Very disappointed customer. Brides---I wouldn't get my flowers here, unless you want to overpay for most of the things you order, and unless, on your wedding day, when you pick up your order, it's not done as it was supposed to (wrong colors and sizes and flowers!). I was basically stuck with BWF because I waited until the last minute to order my wedding flowers (about 2 wks prior to my wedding). Please don't be like me. You'll over pay and you'll be very disappointed. From what I've seen, they do have a nice selection and they do have some good prices, just NOT ON WEDDING FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR WEDDING/GET YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! Oh--if you'll notice, the only other reviews on here might have been good ones, but they are also over 3 yrs old! Unhappy bride of Oct. 08

South Austin gem!. Excellent selections and reasonable prices. Best of all is the staff, they're inviting and very helpful. They're so easy to work with and have always helped me pick out the right arrangement to send someone. Community oriented, 1st Thursdays are a hoot!

Like a nice coffee shop for flowers. Great atmosphere, great customer service, and most important- a great custom arrangement!
