WORST SALON EVER. Margie, the hair stylist I saw has no idea what she is doing. She fried my hair, trying to lighten it but it took her two hours to get the foils in. I was left with orange hair for $225.00!!! When I asked her if she would fix it she said yes if I paid her more for her time and supplies! What a horrible place. I contacted the "operations manager" and he had nothing to say except that yes, she was in the wrong for frying my hair.

The next day I washed my hair and it was falling out in HUGE chunks. Now, I am left with really short hair above my shoulders. I have never had hair that short. I would not recommend anyone going and wasting there money at this piece!

The stylist, was Margie Guzman. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!

stay away!. I had an overall bad experience with this place. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. Then, the lady who cut my hair, rushed through, did a terrible job, and then charged me $65! I mentioned to her that it didn't look right and she blamed it on my hairline and then said I should take a few days to get used to it. I've had the same hairline my whole life, and it's looked good with past haircuts, so I don't think it was my hairline. I felt like she was just making excuses and seemed in a real hurry to get me out of there. She also didn't speak English very well, so it was very difficult to communicate with her. The next day I asked some friends to look at it and they all agreed that it did not look straight in the back and was not blended very well in the front. I called the salon and spoke with the stylist. I told her I wanted my money back so that I could go someplace else to get my hair fixed. She refused. She said I could come in again and she would fix it, but I do not trust her to go near my hair with scissors ever again. I also feel that for a $65 haircut, it should look great, and I should not need to go back and get it fixed. I was very calm when speaking with her on the phone, but she got upset and accused me of harassing her because I was calling her from my cell phone which doesn't have a local area code, and she had to call me back, "long distance." So apparently that is harassment. Anyways, long story short, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to pay $65 for a haircut that looks like it should have cost $20.
