Simply the Best. I love the fact that Aztec is completely safe and all-natural. No worrying about my babies coming into contact with toxic chemicals! This is what first drew me to the company. What has kept me a customer for the past couple of years is their superior customer service. They are extremely friendly, and if anything goes wrong on their end they are happy to fix it. I can tell they value their customers. That's worth sticking around for.

As far as the effectiveness of treatments, I have had them come out during the warranty period (at no charge to me, of course) when necessary. Taking that into account, I've always had good results with treatments lasting well past the 3 month warranty period. Paying for a treatment one time (and having access to free additional treatments as needed during the warranty period) has always seen me through the entire year.

Great service Great product. I cannot say enough good things about Aztec Pest Service. They were pleasant on the phone and in person. The technician was knowledgeable and right on time. They came in under the price quote on the phone. But best of all is that their products work and I avoided dumping toxins on my little bit of Earth. I have kids and pets and a vegetable and herb garden and a compost heap and a pond with fish and tadpoles, none of this was affected adversely by the treatments. We really struggle with fire ants, but Aztec took care of them and months later they are still virtually gone from the house and yard. Aztec also offers a guarantee and will retreat as needed for free for up to 3 months.

Dedicated to less toxic treatments...locally owned. I like Aztec because they offer lower toxicity pest control and no contracts so I am not having a service done when I don't need it. Also what is really important to me is that they are owned and operated by people who care about the environment. They don't PREY on environmentally conscious people like ABC's Chem Free. You can't have it both ways.

Expensive service, DOES NOT WORK!!. We've tried these guys a few times, to get rid of scorpions, and it really does not work. Esp. not for $200 +. The second time the guy said he was giving a "discount" and looking at my records, it was the same amount that he quoted the first time. The first time he sprayed our house, we got scorpions a month later, and they came again. (It still did not work). I figured since someone recommended them to us, maybe it takes time to work etc. After the second time (we paid) for AZTEC the guy on the phone was unprofessional and rude. I'd avoid them and try someone else. Esp. not for the cost they ask. My attic still has scorpions.

Reduced impact and no contracts!. I really like that I am not forced to sign a contract with them. We usually have them out 1-2 times a year and their workers are always so nice and helpful. I have some slight allergies and their products never bother me....also ever since I started using them (4 years ago) I have began to have butterflies, toads and other wildlife in my yard that was not there with more conventional and frequent service. Highly recommended.

Expensive and misleading. I paid $225 (extra for out of town) for carpenter ant treatment and told it was for a year - no wonder there are no contracts. AFTER they came out then the owner wrote on my invoice that they may need to come back in 3 weeks (for an out of town fee again) and maybe this

would be good for 3 months.

LESSON: cheaper with a contract for a year with someone else or DO IT YOURSELF

with organic rotenone/pyrethrim!

Low Toxicity, Great Experience. This place is great! They really set themselves apart from the big corporations with their low toxicity services. Also, they don't make you sign contracts like those other guys, you can have them come out whenever you want. It's locally owned and operated. The technicians were knowledgable and friendly. They are very conscious of the environment and of my family and pet's health. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. I didn't even want service after I talked to the lady. When she called, I was on the line because I could hear someone talking and eating but she never addressed me until I was about to hang up...that's after a couple minutes listening to her talk to another person. When we talked, she was unprofessional and unknowledgable of her own field. She also quickly quoted me a price that was outrageous for the services she was going to provide. I've called Orkin and Terminex, and they both provided me better offers (better service for less money). I would go with the professional companies over this one any day.

great alternative to traditional pest control. I appreciate the opportunity to choose a pest control solution that is friendly to the environment and my pets. Also, after shopping around with other companies I was pleased to find that I would not need to sign a contract with Aztec. excellent service, great results.

No contract is great!. I love that these guys don't force me into a contract even if I don't need service. We usually have them service us annually which is great. I would always reccomend them!
