Need A Catalytic Converter?. I totally recommend the Muffler/Radiator King. Staff was friendly and the work was done with great workmanship at a Great Price!!!

BEST PRICES IN AUSTIN!!!!. Not sure what the true deal was with the poor reviews listed here. My experience with Muffler King was pretty good. I needed a new muffler and tailpipes and they not only got me in right away but charged me the cheapest price out of several other muffler shops in Austin, (BB, Muffin, Midas, Meineke, and a few others). Work was done well, (welds looked good, bending was spot on and even). Overall I will do business with them again.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! *******. At first i thought these guts knew what they were doing, Boy was i wrong. After misdiagnosing the problem and charging me $220 FOR unnecessary work they performed, my vehicle was in worse shape than it was when i brought it in. I came in with a coolant problem and left with one and as a added bonus a oil leak with it. When i told the owner about the oil leak and let him know it was not that way when i brought it in he told me i was out of my mind.He wouldnt let me even get a word out of my mouth. He just kept interrupting me and talking to me in a extremely rude tone of voice. I have NEVER been talked to this way by anyone as a customer. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Great Service, Great Result!. I took my '04 nissan titan in to have dual exhaust put on. I got several estimates from different places around town (Car X, BB Muffler, Goodyear) and they were all about 200 dollars more expensive than muffler king was to get a TRUE DUAL exhaust system (replacing the pipe from the cats back, with two separate mufflers) Vic, the owner, was the only one of the places I talked to that didnt talk to my like I knew nothing about exhaust. The job was done fast, and it looks great. My truck also sounds better than I could have ever hoped for it to, I had two flowmaster 40 series mufflers put on. Dont go anywhere else!

BEWARE skam artist , owner can't be trusted. I took my van 1998 ford to muffler king for muffler replacement. After installing muffler and paying the bill I started the van and the muffler start smoking, Owner 's opinion that oil problem developed after work done.Told me to take it to next door mechanic shop, They kept the van for 1 day and charge me $210 to fix oil leak inside muffler and said that has nothing to do with muffler job.I found out later why the owner did muffler work himself , he put oil inside muffler caused to smoke so next door mechanic get repair scam work and apparently he gets kick back. . BEWARE AND DON'T PAY ANY BILL UNTIL YOU SEE THE JOB DONE AND NO PROBLEM DEVELOPED AFTER THAT.

fast service, very reasonable.... i needed to get a muffler on, and didn't feel like getting jacked up at one of these places in town. i already had the muffler and knew it would take 2 minutes to unbolt these two screws and put it on. ...i dropped by Muffler King and they were very reasonable on the labor. i also could've gotten them to install their own muffler too. ....i had a good vibe about the mechanic that worked on my car too. ...so yeah, would recommend if you want to replace your muffler on the cheap.
