Excellent service for a first time customer. I used BWA for brake repairs based on excellent online reviews, they certainly lived up to the high ratings. Oscar was friendly & explained my repair options in detail. Work was done the same day in a timely manner (only a few hours) for a fair price. Will definitely be back for future repairs!

I've been coming to Ben White for a while. By far the best mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. I could talk about their friendly and respectful attitude, their prompt service, and such. But simply put, I trust them.

Great timely service. They started work on my car soon after I arrived, got the work done, and I was on my way. None of the lost time (sometimes most of a day) just waiting to get started that I have experienced at other shops. These guys respect your time.

Only Place to take your car. Ben White Automotive is the best place to take your car...the staff is very friendly and personable...they did not try to squeeze extra money out of you and they did the job in a very timely manner...

great service. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my options and why they were doing what they were doing before they did it. What I like the most is that they never tried to up-sale me. The price was lower than other places in the area that I got quotes from and they only did what I needed.

Best in Austin. I went to the Walmart at Ben White and I-35 for a quick battery replacement on my lunch break and my water pump went out on my Jeep Cherokee in their parking lot. I didn't have the time and tools to deal with it myself and knew I had to take it somewhere nearby so it wouldn't overheat. Called a few places nearby and Ben White Automotive quoted me the best price by far. Took it there at 5 pm and they had it fixed and handed me my keys by 6:30 pm that same day. Oscar was a true professional, along with the rest of the crew..... it's the only shop in Austin that I recommend to friends and family.

Dependable, quick service. I'm not sure if they're the cheapest. I haven't shopped around much. But they always tell me what they're going to do and how much it's going to cost and when it'll be done. They're usually done a bit faster and they're great to work with. The car always comes back fixed.
