Good service, no up-selling of repairs, prompt. I"ve been there twice and both times, they got to my car promptly, did a good job repairing it and did not try to up-sell me. In fact, they offered me lower-cost alternatives. I will go there again.

great customer service. Being female, my experience with auto repair shops has not always been positive. Oscar is great to work with from making appointments to right pricing. I'm confident that my car is in good hands and I can trust that whatever needs servicing will be done right.

Ben White Automotive-great people, excellent service. We have been Ben White automotive customers for over 5 years now and have been very pleased with the service that we have gotten on our personal fleet of cars. What is most beneficial is that they are careful to let us know what will be done, how much it will cost and frequently give us updates while the work is being done. They have always given great advice on what actually needs to be done. We typically drop the car off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. On several occasions, the shop manager Oscar Whisenant has offered to give me a ride to work!

Superb service. Took my vehicle to another auto repair shop and they estimated the repairs to be around $400. A friend suggested Ben White Automotive. Took my vehicle there after work. They replaced a hose and my car is running good again. I will tell all my friends and family to bring their vehicles here first and foremost.

great customer service. they had great customer service. friendly and knowledgeable. i felt like i could trust them with my auto repairs. i got my radiator replaced, and they did it quickly and also did a good job. i haven't had any problems since.

Great for a college girl. This was a great shop for me beacause I'm a student and a girl. I felt safe that they weren't taking advantage of this fact. The service was great and I felt like a top priority. The location was great too, because there are 3 bus lines that run directly from campus to a few blocks away from the shop.

Fast Friendly Service. I just moved here from San Diego and was looking for a reliable mechanic to take a look at my Xtera. I had been told by several others back in California that I needed my brake rotors replaced. My car is 4 wheel drive so it is quite expensive for this kind of work. After calling around and getting quotes I took my car over to Ben White and not only were they the cheapest they were also fast and up front about what my car needed. It turned out that everything was fine, the brakes were squeaking due to dirt build up. They were great, very friendly and professional. They didn't even charge me to look at the car! It is great to find someone to work on your car that you can trust and you can trust the crew at Ben White Auto.

They rocked. i was in a bad situation, i had just returned from a funeral in the middle of finals and my fuel pump took a dump, i couldnt get there to take care of all the paperwork after my car sputtered to its nap.....they worked with me getting my vehicle to the shop, took care of what needed to be tended to and got me back home for Christmas, these guys are high quality.

Good Peeps!!!. They are very straight and honest good peeps!!! They are not above doing a simple repair when a simple fix will do. They explained the more proper way of repairing my vehicle, but the simple fix is where I needed to be for the time being. I will return for the additional work.

I can't believe how lucky I was to find this place!. I was hours away from spending close to $900 dollars to get the compressor on my a/c replaced at the chevy dealership. I decided to get a second opinion and came to Ben White Automotive per a friend's suggestion. Their shop was nice and clean and the people I delt with were nice and HONEST. They found that there was actually nothing wrong with the compressor at all - it was a simple problem of a broken belt. I walked out of there spending just over $100. They didn't suggest unnecessary repairs and I felt that what they suggested I could actually believe with no worries. Maybe I was an idiot for even setting foot in the Chevy Service department in the first place - but I was misguided in thinking that a big name service department would be honest and reliable.

From now to eternity, I will forever bring my cars to Ben White Automotive. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
