First Class Customer Service!!!. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy automotive shop in Austin, GO TO BEN WHITE AUTOMOTIVE!! They have been providing service for our company vehicles and our employee's vehicles for years. Their customer service is excellent! They explain your problem in detail and communicate it in way that the mechanically challenged people will understand! They have a fast turn around time and take the initiative to follow up with their customers on issues that may be complex. Fast, friendly, honest, and loyal to sum it up.

Great!. I had my timing belt replaced at Ben White Automotive. They were very friendly and got my car back to me the next day! I would recommend them again and again!

Great experience. We've been going to Ben White Auto for a couple of years now and have never had a problem with them. They have very fair prices and are straightforward and honest with us. We will continue taking our cars to Ben White as long as we are in Austin.

Awesome Service!. The guys at Ben White are very knowledgable about my car. I went to the Kia dealership because someone had shattered my driver's side mirror while my car was parked, and they said that they would charge me $500 for replacing it. I managed to buy the part online for only $75 dollars and went to Ben White Automotive to have it replaced. They were very friendly, and they told me how long it would take for it to be replaced. 10 minutes later, the repairman was finished with the job and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They also told me about the things I would have to inspect and replace when my car reached 60,000 miles and that they could do it at a cheap price compared to anybody else. The employees were very honest and friendly and I highly recommend them for any auto repair.

What a courteous crew!. I had just broken down off of S. Mopac in the blistering heat. Had my car towed to Ben White Automotive. Not only were they very friendly. they found what was wrong with it and got my car going again. PLUS, since it was a simple problem, they didn't even charge me for it. They charged my battery and brought it back to life. This is a perfect example of an Honorable and Trustworthy Service. Highly recommend them.

Great & Fast Service!. I had no idea where to turn when my 06 Saturn Ion started to let off strong fumes. After doing a search of Automotive Repair shops, I stumbled on Ben White Automotive. Their location worked perfectly for me as I live in South Austin. After looking at all of their reviews, I was sold and decided to go check the place out. The men that worked there were very friendly and helped me out quickly. They did a diagnostic on my car and found that I needed a new fuel pump. Although I was upset about the price, I knew that it was fair and they weren't trying to get over on me or anything. As a college student however it was a blow to my bank account. But I digress. I left my car there and by 4 the next day, it was ready to be picked up. It drove great and no more fumes! I will definitely be returning for any problems that I have with my car. I highly recommend Ben White Automotive's services!

Excellent service on my automobile. A friend recommended me to check this auto service out after he had positive experiences with the manager. I went in for myself, and they ran the codes because my car engine light came on. They told me that was wrong and there was no pressure on getting the car fixed. I told them I could come back the next day, and they trusted me. I actually came back the next day, and they took my car in quickly and spent 2.5 hours looking for what caused emission failure. After calling me to let me know that the emission canister failed, they fixed it to be ready the next day. Not only they replaced the canister, they went ahead and fixed my parking brakes to make sure the lights come off too. (I had both engine light and brake light on prior to dropping it off). When I picked it up, both lights were off. Now I'm ready to take my car in for its annual inspection. Thanks guys at Ben White Auto South!

Ben White Auto a dream come true. During the forth of July weekend my cars "service engine soon" light appeared on the dash. As soon as I could I considered taking my car to a shop right down the street that I and my family frequently did business with. After carefully considering other options online I came across Ben White Auto on City search which so happened to have very high marks along with high praise from those who have done business there. Although I was reluctant to take my car to another shop I gave it a shot because I was personally tired of never being given another option to a costly repair, and having to take the machanics word over my limited knowledge of what needed to get fixed and what could wait. I was pleased to find that the machanic who I spoke to on the phone at Ben White Auto was willing to give me a second price option even though the repairs were extensive. I have never EVER been given a less expensive option to a repair elsewhere. All together I drove away having spent hundreds less than I would have if I were to do business elsewhere. The staff is courteous and puts the customer first. I will recommend this place to friends and family, and will continue to do business with them. Thanks BWA!
