Best in Austin. I went to the Walmart at Ben White and I-35 for a quick battery replacement on my lunch break and my water pump went out on my Jeep Cherokee in their parking lot. I didn't have the time and tools to deal with it myself and knew I had to take it somewhere nearby so it wouldn't overheat. Called a few places nearby and Ben White Automotive quoted me the best price by far. Took it there at 5 pm and they had it fixed and handed me my keys by 6:30 pm that same day. Oscar was a true professional, along with the rest of the crew..... it's the only shop in Austin that I recommend to friends and family.…

Dependable, quick service. I'm not sure if they're the cheapest. I haven't shopped around much. But they always tell me what they're going to do and how much it's going to cost and when it'll be done. They're usually done a bit faster and they're great to work with. The car always comes back fixed.…
