DEPENDABLE!!!. B&B is a very knowledgeable and dependable Auto Care Center. They know there business and there customers. I wanted to thank Juan Rivera, who is an excellent technician, for repairing my breaks on my Toyota Tacoma. He diagnosed my problems and brought them to my attention in detail. Also Rick Richuber in Customer Service was very helpful in advising me on my repairs and took care of me while I waited. I'd driven around for a few days with no brakes practically and just happened upon B&B. I'd noticed the location for years, but it was always so busy and I was concerned about the time it would take to get my car repaired, so I never stopped in. I was so wrong. I took the chance and stopped in they diagnosed my problem with my brakes and had it repaired in no time at all. My charges were very reasonable, but most of all the customer service and repairs were excellent. I'll stay away from the "specialized repair shops" becuase i've always had bad luck and stick with B&B. They've been around for years and with good reason. I will definitley be back and recommend B&B to my friends.

Knowledge staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door and felt as if a friend was going to help. My car was overheating and a quick lookover reveled a loose belt which was tightened without charge and without the need of a expensive diagnostic charge. Always a pleasure to deal with the professionals at B&B

great employees!. I love B&B. my service from the older gentleman at the counter was so great! We discussed what the issue was, he gave me an estimate, and I was on my way. Before I left i noticed I needed an inspection so I went back in and they wrote me up for it. A younger man got right to it very quick, and came back in to let me know I also needed an oil change, so I got that done as well. I was kept involved while they were working on my car. When i went to check out, there were many recom. on the slip. and they were exactly what i had discussed earlier so I knew they werent ripping me off! my service was great and my car does run like a jewel now. Im 88 years old so I cant afford to be taken advantage of, and I have no worry that I will ever be when I go there. Thank you B&B!

The only place I'll ever go!. I went in to B&B a couple weeks ago bc I needed an inspection on my car. The Young man who helped me out was just wonderful. He was the first to say Hello to me when i got inside and when he was finished with the inspection, he called me to let me know that I was due for an oil change. I was a little hesitant, being a single mother, not wanting to get taken advantage of, but i went ahead and agreed. When I went into the shop the next day to pick it up, there were many notes on the receipt and reccomendations on things I should get fixed on the car. This was my first time at B&B so just to make sure they werent trying to rip me off, (no offence) i got a 2nd opinion and they were all correct! So i'll def be going back to B&B for all of my repairs!

Robbed. Crooks is right. Went in for a 20k service on my Jetta. They charged me $90 to inspect the car just to tell me how much the service would cost. They then told me the service would be $450. Beyond the inspection, this service is simply an oil change and changing the cabin air filter. The dealer only charges $330. Can you image. $120 more than the dealer. I told them forget it I would pay their $90 and take my business elsewhere. In their inspection document they said the brakes seemed soft and I might have caliber problems. Never had a problem. As I drove down the road there was a terrible cluncking. I took it back to find out they bent the dust shield around the caliber. PS: I took the Jetta to Jiffy lube and got both filters changed and synthetic oil for $100. Moral to the story, read your maintenance schedule and have the services done individually. Much cheaper. Also, go to B & B if you have more money than brains and you want your car to have more problems when you are done then when you went in.

Very honest and good customer service.. I would have given a 5 star review on this shop because it has been good over the years. I did have to go with 4 stars because of my last visit. I had some issues with my brakes and ended up taken it back 3 times. I told them what the issue was and they ended up "fixing" the wrong issue. After speaking with the owner, I got everything worked out and felt pretty good about it. No one is perfect and I understand that. The way they handled it, very good.

Great Service. We are new to Austin and pulled into B&B to have a muffler replaced because B&B was recommended by several different service shops. Not only did B&B do a great job on the muffler but explained exactly what the steps were to have a new to Texas car inspected and registered. I can safely say they saved us numerous hours at the title office. I am very happy to find a dependable and HONEST service facility in a new area.

Great Auto Shop. I have taken all my vehicles to B&B for several years. I have never had a problem with any service at this garage. They can work on new cars or old classics. They can take care of almost any problem on your vehicle or tell you where to take your car if it is something they don't work on. I know people are apprehensive about taking their car to an unknown garage, but you can be assured that this is one of the best and honest shops in Austin.

Awesome!. After a nightmare auto shop experience, visiting B&B to get my truck up to inspections standards was a truly wonderful car repair experience. Thank goodness I found B&B through the betterbusiness bureau, where B&B is A+ rated with only 1 complaint in the last 3 years! I had a fabulous experience. They did all the work I needed faster, cheaper and in better quality than anyone else I visited about the problems I had with my truck. I had a wonderful first experience with B&B and can only hope that it continues WHEN I go back.
