What People Are Saying About Butler Park Pitch & Putt

Utterly laid-back and informal, this medium-sized cross between putt-putt and the real thing is an Austin staple.
Editor's Tips
- The Extras:
- Drop a hole-in-one and you could see your name on the wall inside the clubhouse. Better have your witness with you, though.
- Know Before You Go:
- The only requirement is that each player must have their own putter and at least one other club.
Good for Fun or Practice

This place is a kick. It's only $7 to play a round, so don't expect it to be a "nice" golf outing.
If you're looking to just get out and hit the ball a bit or practice your short game, this is the place to go. No one brings a bag.. just bring a wedge, a putter and a cooler with your drink(s) of choice. The grounds aren't in great shape, and the greens are.. well.. more like crab grass. And most of the other players here are terrible, so be prepared to wait a few minutes while the guy ahead of you checks out the car he dented on the tee shot, chips on the green, then 5-putts.
As long as you come in with minimal expectations and aren't expecting the world, you'll have a good time.
Good for Beginners

This is a great course for beginners. Its a par 3 course, so its not too difficult, and it only costs $6 for 3 holes.
