Unprofessional. I was referred to Mr. Barrera through my employer's referral program, LawPoint. I called and Mr. Barrera answered the phone w/o identifying himself. I told him my inquiry concerning a statute of limitation for small claims court. As I tried to explain my situation he constantly interruped me and right in the middle of our conversation, he said "just a minute". I thought he was going to research something, but his secretary got on the line and asked me to give her my phone # so he could call me back. I didn't get a chance to explain my story. Well, you guessed it, he didn't call back. I am going to report him to my employer and LawPoint to have his name removed as referral attorney. He is unprofessional and I strongly suggest you find another attorney if you need legal help.
