Jim, the owner, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He treats his staff the same way he treats his customers: terribly.

Although the mission of this store is noble, the person running it isn’t. The only green Jim seems to care about is the green that fits in his wallet.

I’m sad that I have to stop coming to a store I’ve come to love, but I simply refuse to put money into the pocket of a man who treats people like garbage. Find another outlet for your green needs. I know I will.

LOVE IT!!!!. The only place in town to buy BIODIESEL!!! They really don't make any money off it either, yet they're still keeping conscious of the environment!! Way to go Eco Wise!!!

eco only for his bank account. The owner of this business has the attitude like a ceo of an oil company.He does not care about this planet earth,Only his Napolean syndrome!!!

Locally made??? - Not..... I usually buy my biodiesel from here. and while I really enjoy that part, I went in the store and was looking at some flasks. The lady working there said that they were locally made. Cool, so I bought three for my kids, Once I got home and opened them, out popped a flyer stating that they were made in the united states of CHINA!!! WTF??? Learn your product lady and don't hype your chineese made crap.

I guess I'll still get my bioD from there though.

I've been a customer for over 13 years.

Horrible!. Ecowise's products are of horrible quality, and any attempts at obtaining a refund or even an exchange for their below-average merchandise will result in being lambasted by smug, hypocritical "environmentalists" who really have no idea what they are talking about. I would not recommend doing business with this company in any capacity...EVER. Earth Friendly Products (ecos), earthfriendlygoods, and green-living are all far superior companies (especially Green Living). DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE HYPOCRITES!!!

Great products with reluctant service. Ecowise offers a diverse selection of eye-catching and high-quality products, particularly in the toy department (lots of interesting and colorful wooden toys). However, the staff always seem busy with something else and reluctant to help me. On my last visit, the aisles were cluttered with boxes. When I asked for help reaching the products, a staff person simply moved one box out of the way and then left.

This environmentally friendly shop has made it easy to be green since 1990.. in Short
Eco-Wise may be overwhelming, packed to the rafters with products to help you buy and be earth friendly. Clothing is hemp or organic cotton--all in natural or naturally dyed colors; diapers cotton-disposable or cloth. Creams are made from natural products such as beeswax and avocado oil. Paints and wood dyes are earth sensitive and non-toxic. Appliances run on sun or reduced natural resources, such as the water heater that heats up as you need it.

Great place - take time to check it all out. Eco-Wise is the best! So many products that are eco-friendly, and the staff is dedicated to ecology-based products, from clothing to toys to bedding to gardening to floors and walls and installation. Stop by often. They now have bio-diesel, too.
