Best Groomers in Austin!!!. West End Grooming is by far the best groomer in Austin, and they LOVE animals! What more could anyone want?
Shaved Raw.
I took my maltese/poodle mix to West End Grooming. They shaved every inch of her raw, including shaving off the long hair on her ears. The dog is still traumatized 2 days later, so I can only
imagine how terrible they were to her. I'm heart broken at the lack of skills these people have and the damage they did. How anyone could be so incompetent and mean to someone else's animal is beyond me.
I do not recommend these "groomers". It's absurd to spend money on what they do.…
They use Joy on the dogs and their website is pretty lame.... I couldn't tell from the website if they advertise as organic or anything, but I do know they use Joy dish soap on the animals, not any type of animal shampoo. Probably won't be going back......the best two groomers they had don't work there anymore.…
Wouldn't trust anywhere else.
I wouldn't trust ANYWHERE else in town. I have gotten my westie and yorkie groomed here for 3 years and had plenty of awful experiences until I finally found West End. This is the first groomers
where I don't have to drag my dogs in when they get groomed. They walk in freely and that's proof that they are handled with love once they're in their care.
I have yet to have a bad customer experience here and my dogs always come out looking beautiful and happy. I have turned many friends onto West End and they too feel the same way.…
