Rude Unfriendly Elitist Snob Jerks and a Rip Off.
I have tried to do busines with these guys several times now I have to say that they are the biggest jerks I have ever had anything to do with.
No sense of decency.
Overpriced.
No Service.
Luthier forget about it
No regard for customer
No customer service at all.
They act like you owe them something before you ever walk in the door. I will NEVER EVER deal with them in any way ever again.
I have no idea how they stay in business. Unless it is because they brown nose some of the popular players or something.
It's just incredible. These guys can't possibly be native Texans or from Austin. Just act like rude Yankee jerks.
