Kismet has awesome gyros! Their hummus is really great too. Come to think of it, everything I've had there has been delicious. Plus, you can't beat the fast service and friendly staff!

On weekdays, arrive for lunch by 11:30am or prepare to join long lines of UT students.
The Extras:
In 2003, Kismet's owners opened The Pharaohst, also serving delicious Mediterranean food. It's less casual, but still informal, with more menu choices, plus waitstaff.
