A Dateworthy "Dive". Hole in the Wall has adapted well to Austin- huge patios, great drinks, foosball, and every genre of live music. Gritty yet refined.
Great place to get down. Real killer vibe. Outlaw feel to this joint. Every time I've been in, the drinks were inexpensive, strong, and tasty, and the bands they bring in are the best around town for a fella like me.
Love it. This is,..and has been one of my favorite bars in Austin,.the staff rock,.and the week-end crowd is awesome,..lots of really cute girls poppin in throughout the week-end,.been in and out of Austin for many years approx.15 and I ALWAYS stop in there,..cool music, hot chicks and cold assed beer,.Keep it up,.you guys rock !!!…
welcome change of pace. Awesome drink specials, i had 5 shots of Jameson and 2 fireman's 4's for like 20 bucks, take that 6th street! All this while watching 4 bluegrass bands for free, 3 of which were actually really good! My lady bartender was hot and flirt y and i got to drink and hangout with the headlining band, the Lonesome hero's, after they played. If your tired of 6th or simply just can't afford it try out the hole in the wall also, I recommend mug shots, bar fly's, and Scoot inn. All four of these guys are awesome simply because sometimes you want to get blasted somewhere without a sorrostitute screaming "Oh my god Thats sooballer!" into your ear.…
