In Short – Situated in South Austin for a long time, this venerable Thai restaurant conveninetly brought their authentic cuisine to a more central location. The small and simple restaurant has an extensive menu, ranging from exotic fare like Gang Long Chi Pa, a hot fish ball red curry, to the more familiar Pad Thai and fried rice. There are plenty of meat and fish dishes for those who want them, but vegetarians will also find a diverse selection of meatless items.

I ate here tonight for the first time in a year. It has really gone down hill. Last year, the entree came with soup and an egg roll. Tonight I just got the entree. And it was disgusting! This was one of my favorite places in austin but I will never eat here again. Gross!

I think the food is average to above for the money. The problem here is that they will change
your credit card or debit card to increase their tip. They have done this to me twice.... The owner
thinks it is perfectly acceptable for his waiters to practice this. Not ok with me!

Good, affordable Thai food. The Phat Thai is wonderful, as is the green curry spaghetti. Good vegetarian selection. Each sauce has a unique flavor, so try a few dishes and share.
