They were good up until I found the pubic hair in my food

I have been a frequent customer of Sun Hing UNTIL TODAY.
I ordered delivery from Sun Hing. They delivered it to my office and what did I discover? A PUBIC HAIR IN MY FRIED RICE. I threw the food away. When I got off work, I called them and told them what happened and demanded I get a refund. They told me they needed evidence in order to get a refund. What did I do? I dug the box out of the trash and went to the restaurant.
Upon arrival, they were willing to give me 7 of the 10 dollars I had paid, because they said there was a 3 dollar delivery charge. MUST I REMIND YOU THAT THERE WAS A PUBIC HAIR IN MY FOOD? THAT IS A DEFINITE HEALTH AND SANITARY VIOLATION... Anyways, I continue to argue with them and finally a couple of customers begin walking out.
Then the employees threatened to call the police, which they did. When the police officer arrived he mediated and got them to give me a refund, i gave them back their pube-food and then the cop wrote down a report saying that he witnessed the pubic hair in the food and that I could use that report to give to the health dept.
This is not slander of Sun Hing restaurant, merely an account of my personal experience. If you would like to see the police report, it is on file with the Austin Police Department.

Delicious chinese food.

I ate there last Friday and I can't wait to try other entrees! I had the sweet and sour shrimp (which was absolutely delicious) and shrimp with vegetables. I was highly impressed with the freshness of the food. We also had crab puffs (also known as crab rangoon) and they were excellent. I saw there is one bad review but that was from 2002 and they have certainly improved since then!
