Momoko was one of the first places in Austin to ride the bubble tea wave, and since its opening, the menu at this West Campus outfit has exploded into a mind-boggling compendium of tea customization options: All teas (jasmine, green, black, chrysanthemum...) are steeped to order, the tapioca bubbles come in a variety of flavors, you can get candy bits, flavored powders -- you get the picture. The atmosphere is also a trip: Think Hello Kitty Goes to Tokyo.

Best bubble tea. i used to live in austin then move to new york. i tried to find a good bubble tea in new york but none of them as good as momoko's bubble tea so everytime I go back to austin, i will make sure to stop by at momoko.

Japan or Austin?. This is a great place to help your Japanese itch. You can't help but walk away buying something. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The staff was even freindly as well as knowledgeable about the product.

Bubble tea & Gifts?. Found this awesome shop off UT. Has all my fav. stuffs in one place ... bubble tea & japanese stationaries ... brightened my day.

Best bubble tea I've ever had. I love momoko. I've been going there for years- ever since my freshman year of school, when we used to go every day after class and Brandon would try to have every tea at least once. Ever since I moved away, I take every chance I can to come back to this place.

i heart momoko. i honestly love this place. i go there atleast 4 x's a week and can't get enough. thomas is so helpful and is so blunt about which teas are good and which ones not to try. the owner is extremely nice and always has a smile on her face. try the baby blue that's my fav! but the other teas are good too like strawberry choc, peach, and coconut

Love that Tea. The Taro Root bubble tea is the best ever at Momoko's. And since it's so close to the Dobie theater, it's great to stop in and pick up a few snacks for the movies.

BEST BUBBLE TEA!!. Momoko definitely has the best Pearl Milk Tea I have ever had...even in Vegas...nothing compares to Momoko's. My fave is the Bird of Paradise, which they don't have anymore...but the Blue Lady is awesome! Go check it out if you haven't already!

the best bubble tea in austin!. momoko has the best bubble tea in austin, i have been going there since 1997! their pearls are always so yummy! i'm not sure what guy that other girl is talking about, because i don't even think the owner has a brother, however there is a new cute boy that works there, and he is super nice! i'm just glad that tall girl is gone, her tea was awful, now i am guaranteed a perfect cup every time!

Boba Nai Cha!.
I've had Bubble Tea at several places around Austin, as well as other cities. So far, nothing comes close to Momoko's Bubble Tea. Definitely try the Honeydew Melon Milk Tea and the Taro Root! With or without the pearls (tapioca balls), they're great. I also really enjoy the jelly variety. It's like flavored jello at the bottom!
The employees are really friendly and always helpful. The owners have put a lot of time and effort into making both the store and the restaurant charming. I love the interior design work they've done. Everything is laid out very nicely. The toys, gifts, clothing, and food are all great.
Stop by, get some bubble tea, a bun, and check out all their cool Asian goods! >^-^<
