Soothing and energizing at the same time, Anne Kelso's lobby is filled with beautiful fresh flowers and modern, unusual furniture. The salon features a butterfly motif and is accented in purple and red. Treatments include aromatherapy with essential oils, as well as traditional nail- and hair-care services. It offers several facial types, from the basic Essential to the Luxury, which includes spa facial, upper arm and shoulder massages and a sage foot bath.

Let's just say.... I am done going to this salon/spa!! I have on more than one occasion showed up for my "confirmed" appointment to find out I was: 1) double booked the service, 2) my appointment was canceled or deleted from the system, or 3) my appointment was not the service I had booked. Ugh!! To top it off --- the ladies working the phones and front desk never have apologize or show any concern for the error or inconvenience. It is too bad. If I owned the salon I would be concerned. So, if you make an appointment, be sure to confirm it after they have....

OMAR IS GREAT!!!! Everytime OMAR cuts my hair I feel like a new person and I love it. And thanks to OMAR my color is fixed;-) I will never let anyone but OMAR cut or color my hair again.. Cuz if I did I know I would just need OMAR to fix it..

I called to make an appointment with a specific stylist. They didn't even acknowledge my request and then proceeded to tell me the name of another stylist and their availability. I once again repeated that I wanted a specific stylist and they told me that the soonest I could get in was wit hthe other stylist. I told them that I really didn't care if I had to wait for the other stylist I just wanted the other person. They said the person available was just as good. I decided that if they weren't even easy to deal with on the phone then I probably shouldn't get a hairstyle there
