The person that gave the bad review, obviously DID NOT use my services for I am a State of Texas Licensed Heating and A/C contractor (TACLB6767E). He/she has mistaken my company for a painting company. That outfit was probably a fly-by-night.

Best service!. great customer service, fair prices, excellent job! i would definitely recommend Castillo Services again to a friend or coworker.

Worst customer service. This was the worst experience we had with a contractor. He did not show up for appointments that he set up with us and with the inspector (3 times!). The job was not done in a timely manner...2 months later we are asking him to still come back and finish the job. He never brought his own equipment...he was always using all of our ladders, paint, drill, drop cloths. I found him completely unproffessional and the work he did not make up for it!
