Pilates with Vlada is THE BEST!!!!. The Pilates Center at Ballet Austin is fantastic!! Vlada Sheber and her crew have a state of the art Pilates room with fantastic equipment and a great atmosphere. The few times a week I attend classes are my most favorite hours. I leave the class exhausted but feeling energized for my day. Vlada is a WONDERFUL instructor who is skilled but she is also so kind and so funny. Even as a novice, she made me feel at ease and now that I am more skilled, she can tailor the class to provide me with the challenge that I need to get a good workout. I have tried many other workout classes and none have made me as happy as Pilates with Vlada.

Best Pilates for the Pros and for the Common "Man". I don't know why it took me so long to try it, but both instructors have provided me with great workouts as a single or duet, using muscles I didn't know I had. I always feel my body has gotten a full workout, with attentive and amazingly well-informed trainers. Individual attention allowed me help injured areas and grow stronger, better toned as well. Clearly these people who deal on a daily basis with dancers whose bodies must be maintained perfectly know how to keep a body in it best possible shape and they are of great benefit to individuals lucky enough to find a spot in their schedule and to benefit from their knowledge and commitment. I'd drive a long way to spend an hour in this pilates studio!

Ballet and other dance performances, classes and special arts events are held routinely at this downtown dance destination.. In Short
Ballet is at the hub of this downtown ballet academy, community dance school and performance space. Aspiring and professional adult dancers take instruction at the academy, while a range of kids and youth classes are offered for ages three to 18. Dance hobbyists take jazz, tap, hula, hip hop, yoga, pilates and other classes at the less formal community school. Throughout the year, dancers of all levels showcase their skills in Butler's 287-seat studio theater.
