LASIK surgery was amazing!. I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Walters at the end of December, and the experience was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and explained everything going on before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Walters even came into the office on New Year's Eve for my follow-up appointment! I would recommend Dr. Walters and his staff anytime!

Wonderful Doctors and Staff!. I recently had cataract surgery and my vision is superb! I no longer need glasses to see! The staff and Dr. Dell were great and can't say enough about them. You get great results with great care and I would highly recommend them.

Great Experience!!!!. Had my consultation with Dr. Dell a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the process. Dr. Dell was very polite and informative about my surgery. He answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. I'm a little surprise with all the other reviews because my visit was flawless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dell to anyone!

Great doc, crappy business practices. First off let me say that the medical part of my experience with this doctor was A+. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and I can see great! My complaint is with their business practices.

- If you don't have the first appointment of the day, plan on waiting. My first appt I had to wait nearly an hour before I got to go back. I know they want to make a lot of money and docs think they're time is more valuable than us mere mortals, but this is disrespecful. If I ran my business this way I'd be bankrupt. But few doctor's offices really care about the customer's experience.

My big beef is the way they handle billing. I was given an amount I owed and asked if that was everything. I was told yes and paid it. I paid extra ($2000) to get the super special lenses that will fix my vision permanently. Then I get a bill for another $137. Just an amount, no detail.

I call to find out what gives and there's a recording that says you can only talk to them on Mon, Wed, and Fri between 1 and 5 pm. And "Thank you for allowing us to better serve you." Click. No opportunity to even leave a message. How, exactly, does that serve me better?

I call the next day and ask for a detailed invoice. When that arrives I find they've billed my insurance for the surgery (for a regular lens) and the $137 is what's left over. But they billed me for the surgery for the special lense. They only performed one surgery on each eye, yet charged for two. I refused to pay this and was told that would be fine and they'll just turn it over to the colleciton agency.

I asked why they thought the could double bill for the surgery and was told "that's how we do it" and it's "our policy". Sounds like insurance fraud to me. So, I'm writing a check, but I'm so angry I'm also writing this review!
