Will not use again. I have tried for 2 different days to make an appt and have been put on hold for over 17 mins just today before giving up and calling another Dr's office! Seriously, if they are that busy they do not need any other patients. I agree with an earlier complaint because the last time I did go for my annual eye exam, I waited over 45 mins in the waiting room and then another 15 mins for the Dr. The Dr. is good but the rest of the palce is not want I personally want for my eye care. I am done with them!

unhelpful, unfriendly. Terrible staff. Was rescheduled for the 2nd time due to the office and doctor's conflicts. Typically if the doctor cancels your appt., the patient should have priority for the rescheduled appt., the staff should do their best to work the patient in, OR, the office should recommend another doctor who is available - at the least. BUT Texan Eye staff couldn't tell me one other doctor that specialized in my common eye disorder. Nope, Not at Texan Eye, they are completely unfriendly, unhelpful and make zero effort to assist patients in any way outside of their required phone calls.

Like a trip to the DMV. This clinic is an absolute factory and they make no apologies for keeping people in a holding pen for their appt. It doesn't matter what time of day either. If you are the first appt, you should tell your employer you may not in be until lunch time.

Worst Business Ever. I went there last year in April for my annual eye exam and they took forever to see me, but that wasn't even really a problem because I've come to expect that from doctors. The worst part was afterwards when I tried to get my year supply of contacts and the guy who worked there wouldn't give me any but wouldn't tell me why. He didn't seem to care that I wasn't able to see for the time that he wouldn't give me my contacts. I had to leave because he had no interest in helping me and I was getting frustrated. It took me two months to get my contacts because every time i would call and get transferred to the contacts department no one would answer and the one guy that works there apparently would never call me back. It was absurd and every time i told the front desk secretaries that i was having a problem they would just shut me up and transfer me over. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

Perfect for people who want a day trip out of it.. Well, at the front desk, they asked for information one thing at a time instead of all at once and I had to keep getting up and going to the dest 3 or 4 times. I waited an hour before they got me in a room, then in the room I fell asleep because it took another 30 min, (with no magazines or anything) I was really afraid that they closed and left me in there!! When he finally came in he scared me to death because he was so loud and annoying and asking me whats wrong, and when I told him I fell asleep he was rude to me, but I said, well I was supposed to see you an hour and a half ago!!!! Anyway, he got mad at me because I couldnt see anything, but it was because my contacts were dry from sleeping, so he put rewetting drops in my eyes to help and he left again! When all that was done, and I went to get my contacts ordered, I heard WAY too much about the employees private lives and it was disturbing. Also, they leave about 30 min early so when I went to pick up my contacts, it took 3 trips to finally catch them!!! It wasted about an hour of my lfe on those 3 days. I was soo frustrated. And I decided to write because I've been trying to get someone on the phone to order more contacts. Its 11:46 and I startee at 11:15..............Im done with them!!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service - cancelled appointment without calling me after I drove 3 hrs roundtrip to get to/from office

If you enjoy wasting time in a waiting room. I went to Texan Eye Care because that is where I got my referral from my primary care physician. I will never go back again. I had three appointments, and each time I waited in the waiting room, or rooms for more than an hour each time. When I asked if they were always running behind schedule, they said things were running late because it was a Friday, however my appointments weren't always on Friday, and it appeared that they are in business only to make money, and they overbook appiontments to do so. The receptionists leave alot to be desired, and seem more interested in their social lives than what is going on at the clinic.
