Some folks post irrelevant reviews. They just want to promote the doctor. The one from cmatetich is almost identical to the one from ysanford. It is just rewritten. This place is for honest reviews, not for advertisement. Davebuoy is screaming to use the doctor. Pathetic! This poor guy enjoys his B.B.Q. at Iron Works.
Pros: No waiting time
Cons: Your insurance company will get ripped off

Dr. Akin is a Godsend. He was reccommended to me two years ago, and I have been using him ever since. Now I am six months pregnant and he is going to be delivering my baby in September. The nurses (especially Judy) make coming to every appointment so enjoyable! My husband and I both think he's wonderful! He always gives me straight answers and makes me feel so confident in him. He also gives the fastest pap smear ever...make that dreadful experience a little easier to deal with! Granted, there is a long wait sometimes, but it is worth it for me to see a doctor I feel comfortable with.
Pros: Great doctor, great nurses
Cons: long waits, pay for parking
