Another Great Job By Barker Roofing.
Having discovered we needed a new roof I spent several weeks researching contractors for the job. I setteled on three and requested inspections. Barker was the only one that would prepare a detalied
line item estimate with out involving an Ins Adjuster first.
Don La Faitte provided the inspection service and submitted a written proposal with several options in just a few days. We choosew Barker for the job and WOW! did they ever knock my socks off. The entire staff and install crew were true professionals. Everything was completed on time with no hold ups. It was truely amazing to watch the process and see how they handled all of the waste materials without leaving any mess behind. Great Job Well Done…
Happy to write this review. I certainly will remember Barker Roofing and the professional way they do business! I didn't even know there was a problem with my roof until a neighbor pointed it out. Barker roofing came out, gave an estimate and completed the work with no fanfare at a good price. It was easy to make the payment using my credit card and I didn't even need to be home for the repair. The Barker roofing staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing, construction and home improvement. Because of their great pricing for repairs, I also had them replace my entire fire chase that was deteriorating due to improper drainage. The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly. The workers were on-time and professional as well. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the jobs that Barker roofing did for me and I plan to use them in future projects. I highly recommend them. Excellent For Siding.
I learned about Barker from that dearest and most reliable of a man's friends: the snarky younger brother. The roof had sprung a leak over the laundry room, and The Other Company Who Shall Remain
Nameless had failed to return my calls. When I mentioned this to my brother, he referred me to the company that he had contracted with to roof my Grandparents' new house: Barker. Within a few days, I was leak-free.
Many months later, my wife and I settled on replacing the house's low-quality, antique siding as our next home improvement. Well beyond our skill level, we decided to find a company to take on the task of upgrading it to cement fiber lap siding. I recalled that the Barker website offered many services aside from just roofing, and since we were so happy with the small job they did, we requested a quote on this much larger one. Also curious about the cost of a dreamed-of metal roof, we jumped at the chance to get a figure placed on our still far-off plans.
From first contact, the folks at Barker were friendly and accommodating in every way. I soon met with Donna and Darla about the siding and roofing quotes respectively, both of which were less painful than I had imagined. Electing to push ahead with the siding as quoted, Donna would be my primary contact. She's an enthusiastic advocate of Barker's do-it-right-the-first-time ethos, and if you're looking to discuss the minutiae of the James Hardie product line, she's your gal. On top of that, Donna was in frequent contact with us via phone and email throughout the project, and proved very responsive to our needs, even when we barely knew them ourselves. A few weeks of genial workers swarming our little home later, and it looks worlds better, is now 100% masonry for insurance purposes, and sports colors much more to our liking.
I would unreservedly recommend Barker to anyone interested in an easy-to-deal-with firm genuinely interested in customer satisfaction and long-term value.…
