30 years of great service to my pets.. I have been a client of Windsor Park Vet for over 30 years. They have always been pleasent, helpful and compassionate. They have taken care of many ,many of our pets over these years and have given excellent care. I have had problem diagnosis pets and they have seen us through the rough times until we had an answer. Dr. Paclick and his staff have always been professional and caring.

During times of the death of our pets they showed compassion, caring, and a loving attitude. They helped to make the experience transition so much easier. I cannot say enough thank you's to this team..the helpers are all helpful and good to my animals when they are handling them even my ones i needed to muzzle.

I have always had professional and caring interactions.

I highly recommend this vet and his staff for quality care.

BEWARE. There are serious and credible allegations of animal abuse circulating about this place (more than one source). I went in and made an appointment before I knew about this and got a bad vibe. My cat had an bite wound. They insisted that I drop of her off without ever even meeting the vet. I'm glad I didn't. I canceled after a friend of mine that worked there told me about it.

My cat didn't tear up the techs.. Crossposted on yelp and google...

Called on a Saturday to get my cat's nails trimmed. They had an opening at 11:30. The waiting room is very clean but sparse so bring reading material. Although, I will have to say that after filling out the short amount of paperwork, I didn't have to wait very long.

Normally, when my cat gets her nails trimmed, you have to have two techs holding her down with leather gloves that go up to your elbows. This vet and vet tech was able to handle it without issue. For the first time in my cat's life, there was no blood drawn.

I mentioned that my last vet recommended surgery to clean out her ears. He took my cat back and looked in her ears and said that her were a little dirty but that surgery wasn't needed.

Close to my house, honest, and didn't require a full on checkup to trim her nails. It was the cheapest appointment I ever had. I will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vet. Do NOT use this man!! The worst vet in Austin with zero care for animals. Way past his prime and should retire for the safety of your pet!

Nicest Vet in Austin. I have had the BEST experience with the vet and all the people who work at Windsor Park. After being told at many, many vets in town that because my dog was barking I could not go in with her, Windsor Park folks were courteous and made me and my dog feel incredibly welcome.

The vet has the most calming voice, and my black lab used to get nervous going to the vet but no more! Now she loves coming to Windsor Park.

Vet? What vet?. I was told my cat needed to be dropped off in order to be seen. I spent a good amount of money and never saw a vet. Front desk could tell me very little about my cat's exam. I can hardly go into detail. My cat did die, when I called to tell clinic the lady said she'd tell the vet and also, they could cremate my cat for me. Thanks but no thanks. Is it possible to leave negative number of stars?

Great Vet. Always compassionate about pet needs, especially during the worst of times. Fair price and worked with me on payments when times were tough.

never saw vet. I was on time for my appointment and waited about 20 to 30 minutes. I was then told the vet couldn't see me for my appointment, he could see the dog but I couldn't go in. I've never heard of this. Several other customers were seen while I waited. I had questions for the vet but I never got to talk to him. I've gone a few times and have never met the vet. This was a long time ago (over a year) so maybe it's different now but I go to Wells Branch and I always get to go in with my dog.

Great vet!. I took our new cat to Windsor Park Vet after becoming increasingly unhappy with my former vet's office and was impressed with the time Dr. Paclik spent with me and my cat, answering my questions, and providing me with information.

I am going to switch my other cat and two dogs to Dr. Paclik as well.
