I bought a dinnette set which was delivered with a broken pedestal . After 2 months of returning to the store on a biweekly basis and being promised that it would be taken care of next Thursday , nothing happened. It has now been 5 months and still no response.

I needed a new mattresses and decided to try out Juan's Warehouse because it was at a convenient location for me (near the intersection HWY 290 and 183). Although the interior of the business was a bit humble, it was clean and had a good selection of furniture and mattresses. I had about twelve different queen sized mattress models to choose from. The salesperson and Juan gave me a great deal on the mattress I chose and it came with a 10 year warranty in writing. After the sale they even followed me home in their delivery truck and brought the mattress up to my apartment! They weren't busy so that's probably why but they do provide same day delivery. I highly recommend Juan's based on my experience.
Pros: great selection for mattresses, good location, savings passed on to customer
Cons: not many other furniture stores nearby
