WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!. I am giving them ZERO STARS!! I ordered Flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day, which also happened to be our Anniversary. The Flowers were to be delivered on Sunday. I put a special message on the order to leave them at the front door if no one was home. That evening, I asked my Honey if she had gotten the flowers I sent. I am currently out of town. She said NO! She then checked the front door. This was at 9:30 PM. I contacted the customer service line where I placed the order online, and they appologized to me and said someone would be intouch with me in the morning. Well, no call so I once again called them. They said that they were delivered at 7:30 PM on Sunday, and a neighbor had signed for them. Well, Several attempts to get the flowers delivered from them have fallen on deaf ears. I was promised to be contacted by the manager, and no one has even bothered to call. I am so pissed now, I feel like a real ass, because the one I love did not ever receive her flowers on this very special day! This was due to someone else's DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!! i am disputing the charges on my credit card now because I refuse to pay for something which was never delivered. As I read the reviews posted earlier, I can only make one comment, at least you received some dead flowers from A Flower Junction! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR RELATIONSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. How can a business operate like this!!

Disappointed Customer. I was suppose to get flowers for Mothers Day and my Anniversary on Sunday. Nothing ever arrived. When I called to ask about the delivery on Monday, because it was a surprise, they said it had been delivered at 7:45 p.m. (really??), a neighbor had signed for them, and they were left on my porch. Neither of my sweet neighbors knew anything about this. I called them back to ask who had signed, they said it was too sloppy to read, I said then fax it to me. Against policy. Ok. They said the flower delivery would have to be taken care of through the first party. But they were responsible for the flowers and have just given me the run around. No new flowers, never even offered. I don't think they were delivered. Period. Awful customer service!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!

AWFUL. wow, I wish I could post pictures of this terrible, haphazardly put together bouquet I got. long story short, with two days notice, they brought me a bouquet with half a stem of orchids (crushed in the middle, could barely see them there), five roses [two of which were partially wilted], a card i couldn't even decipher, and a bunch of leaves for over $100. how can you call yourself a florist when the one thing you do is done so poorly that I made this account just to let people know how TERRIBLE my arrangement was.

NOT A GOOD FLORIST. Worst experience with a florist ever. My daughter who is on deployment sent me flowers for my 60th birthday. The delivery man left them on the front porch in this heat. They were a mess. I called and the lady was very apologetic and said she would send fresh flowers with new ones the next day. The delivery man showed up late in the afternoon with an even worse arrangement. Some of the flowers were missing petals and it was less flowers than the day before. I refused them. Two phone calls later I still haven't heard from them. I asked them to give my daughter a full refund. They have done nothing and haven't called back either. Such a disappointment.

Amazing - definately the people to call !!. Called on a Saturday nite (8:20pm) to hopefully hear there hours for Sunday....instead Teresa answered the phone, took my order (which was very affordable)and could deliver tomorrow !!! I told her that I had meant to call in the order this morning and totally forgot and all she did was just help me thru the process of ordering flowers for a funeral, no hesitation, no extra charges for calling so late in the game (or calling so late at night). Pretty Amazing in my book.....thanks Teresa!!
