My experience with Mopac Self Storage was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in me as a customer. The rates were sensible and the units were clean and very secure. I was comfortable storing my belongings at this facility. The building was also easily assessible from Mopac which made stopping by for some items or dropping new ones off very convenient. My need was short-term, but if I ever need to use a storage facility again I will definitely use Mopac Self Storage.

I've used Mopac Self Storage twice this year (2012) for short term storage needs. Extremely nice and professional business operation. The facility is clean, secure and maintained. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rates are competitive. Will certainly use the facility again if I have future storage needs...

My 10x5 unit was immaculate inside. I feared finding crickets, but there was not one bug. My things remained secure and clean, and I won't hesitate to rent space here again.

I had a very good experience with short term rental while making a house move. The friendly staff let me lease month to month which was perfect. The facility is very clean and secure and convenient for anyone traveling N MoPac- just remember the exit to take.

Easy access, friendly staff, great service. We've had units here since 1996. We've never had any problems with access or security. The place is always staffed with friendly people who seem to be constantly working to keep it tidy and clean. The only time we had a problem was many years ago when a gutter backed up and leaked into our unit on the second floor. Staff was quick to move us into another unit. No problems with A/C or elevator. Always a cart nearby for moves. Never any evidence of infestation of any type, despite storing many rolls of drawings, correspondence files and books here. Highly recommend.

Awesome Storage Facility!. I visited numerous storage facilities during my search. I needed a place I could easily access and was concerned since we have to store some items long term. The ease to get in and out...easily accessible! Staff very friendly, even the little pooch who greets us at the door..:) I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the maintence and rodent prevention etc. I feel very secure storing my items in a safe envirnoment and dealing with their friendly office staff. Thank you for good ole creat customer service. Nice to see these values in running a business.

good prices. I stored here for about 2 yrs and my rent stayed the same the whole time i was here and the staff is great very helpful i referred a few of my friends here.

only place i found that takes 18 wheelers. it took me a mess of phone calls till i could find a place in the area that could have an 18 wheeler pull in. finally stumbled on this place, the manager--sherry? i think was her name set up my rental without me being there so all i had to do was walk in and sign. the office looked a little outdated but the unit was clean and so was the property. either way--glad i found this place
