I am glad to have found the folks at Parmer Lane. My family and I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Garcia and her team. Friendly, attentive, funny -- overall, a great atmosphere. If you are looking for a place where service is personal and where excellent dental care is provided, you really should consider this place.

I consider Parmer Lane to be a partner in my personal wellness. Dr. Peters has impressed the importance of taking care of my teeth – as the health of my gums and teeth affect the rest of my body. She stays abreast with the latest information and shares what she knows with me. When I have dental needs beyond regular check-ups, I know the cost before the work begins and the procedure is described as it's taking place. I feel like the folks here truly care about me. Why? I get a follow up call each time I have a major procedure – they want to make sure everything is okay. This is great service.

My wife and I went to Parmer Lane about two years ago. I was stationed at fort hood as an active duty soldier and don't really care for the Army dentist's. The reason I am writing this two years later is that about a week ago I had a COLLECTION AGENCY call me and told me I owed money, from two years ago, to Parmer lame. I was to say the least, pissed off. I live in Florida and every six months Parmer Lame sends me an email telling me to come in and get a cleaning. Why they couldn't have emailed me about this bill is beyond me? I have spent over four thousand dollars there and they send me to collections for $93.00 dollars, TWO YEARS LATER. It's not the fact of owing the money, it's the fact of how they went about it.This place pushes every treatment they offer. Perhaps they would be better off selling used cars instead of fixing teeth. If you are a soldier, related to a soldier, or just want to be treated fairly look someplace else. Avoid this place like the plague!!

The Best of the Best. I would just love to say this is one of the best dental offices I have every been to. Dr. T is a great dentist and takes her time and lets you make up your mind on what is best for you once she gives you your options.

One of my big heroes in the dental office is a young lady named Rose!!!!!! MY HERO!!!!!! This is the first office I have ever been to that will push for your insurance to do what is right. She takes extra time to make sure the pay what they are supposed to and money does not come out of my pocket. You can't ask for much more, especially when you think of the great smile they have help me get and pay for!!!!!

Professional, patient, and competent. Our dentist retired after many fabulous years of work and we were left to find a new dentist. I have two children (10 and 12) and for the past few years we have been going to Parmer Lane Family Dentistry. I love the online appointment system and email notifications, but mostly I love the people. "George" and Dr. Peters are an amazing team...they communicate without words to help relax and distract a patient and if your mouth wasn't wide open you would almost forget you were at the dentist. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to have work done in a professional, time efficient, and friendly manner. My 10 and 12 year old children enjoy going to the dentist. They do like the stickers but they love the toothbrush, white gum ball machine, and individual toothpaste they get at the end of their visit even more.

The location is very conveniently located off of MOPAC and Parmer (just west of MOPAC) and the building is clean and beautiful with a lovely "back yard" view while you watch the World Cup (or other TV channel) and have your work done!

Highly recommended!!

I really like the people at Parmer Lane. I really like the folks at Parmer Lane. I have coming here for little over a year, and my experiences have been great. Dr. Mokeyev is my dentist, and let me tell you, she is funny and caring. And she is good at what she does. She has always been thorough with her work and listens to my concerns. When I had a crown replaced, she was very gentle and patient.

Also, the front staff is very kind, helpful, and professional and they do their best to make you feel comfortable, including Alma, who carefully explained the costs associated with my treatment plan. And lest I forget, I must say that I really like Cindy, my hygienist; she has a great personality to match her excellent work.

I am never shy to recommend this office.

Love my new smile!. Dr. Garcia is phenomenal. I can attest to this because she dramatically improved my smile with Invisalign. I used to be ashamed of my smile, but I walk around with so much confidence now. I truly wish that I had been with Dr. Garcia from the beginning. But so long as I live in Austin, she will be my go to dentist.

Her office is managed by her equally kind and professional staff. Quite simply, Dr. Garcia and her team are amazing.

I feel like a valued patient, not just a number. I have had 2 crowns put in by Dr. Garcia, and I find her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She is very clear in explaining what my dental needs are; in a way that I could understand it. And she is very patient. I also appreciate the fact that she makes herself available for emergencies, even the weekends. I benefited from the service a while back.

It has been my experience that so many professionals let other things get in the way of their patient care, but I get no such feeling with Dr. Garcia and her staff. Put differently, Dr. Garcia has put my dental needs first and foremost—that is, what is best for my teeth.

The atmosphere is always pleasant—made even more so with their recent remodel. This office is amazing. The staff is friendly, and my hygienist, Winn, is the best. As an indication of how much I enjoy this office, I travel 50 miles roundtrip for my visits.

stay away from it. Try to get you done as much as they can, of course, you need pay more. Some are way expensive than most places, ...

Two doctors seems OK, ...

Not a good place for people having insurance, seems to charge you less first, then send you another bill when you are done, never explain why.

Amazing office!. I have been a patient at Parmer Lane Family Dentistry for 5 years now. My original dentist, Dr. Devine, retired a couple of years ago, and I was left in the care of Dr. Garcia. I must say that I have been nothing but impressed with her service--she has a friendly smile and is very gentle. My hygienist, Cindy, always has a pleasant demeanor, and the same can be said of the front office.

The place has been recently remodeled to provide a warm and comforting ambiance, and they’ve clearly updated their equipment. Further, they’ve added a feature that allows me to be reminded of my appointments via multiple options, including e-mail which I find very convenient. But the biggest change (and the one I enjoy the most) is that Dr. Garcia brings her two beautiful dogs to work—a magnificent white German shepherd and an adorable red retriever. Since the office has windows facing the huge backyard, I can see them running around during my visits.

I am a big fan of this place, and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending this office to anyone looking for great dentist.
