COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE. 04/01/12 Yes, I had my April fools joke for today. I traveled from Hutto Texas to Wellsbranch Parkway to the Four Seasons Resturant for authentic Chinese Food. I wanted the lunch special of Sweet and, Sour Chicken. It comes with soup , fried rice and, an eggroll and, it was $5.95 Just what I wanted. I was inform by the gentleman adding his reciept up for the day that I couldn't have the lunch special it was 3:15 in the afternoon "my mistake". I had no other choise but, to go with the dinner portion of this meal which was $ 10.01 but, I did buy their crispy noodles becaues I love them with the soup. .Keep in mind I didn't go there for the portion size I went there for authentic Chinese Food.

Ater I got home I discovered that this meal didn"t come with soup...an eggroll or fried rice as the lunch special did for only 1/2 of the cost of the dinner meal. ($5.95)

I was so disappointed because I traveled all that way .

I called the resturant and, talked to the man I'm sure who took my order. I told him that I was unhappy that I had to settle for what " HE" wanted me to eat. He told me that dinner meals don't include fried rice..an eggroll or soup because of the portion of the dinner meal. I told him I wasn't interested in hte size. I was interested in what I wanted to eat not what he was telling me I had to eat by not disclosing what this meal didn't come with. I assumed that if luch came with everything it listed so did dinner...My mistake they consider a bowel full of chicken nuggets and, a stuffed container of sticky white bland rice to be " large protions". Everyhting BLAND.....except for the taste of the oil the chicken nuggets are deep fried in.

This is what this meal came with : White rice that was jammed into a small container and, was stuck together

a large portion of sweetand, sour chicken without the sauce and, lets not forget a large portion of the sweet and, sour sauce oh my mistake a fortune cookie

If I wanted chicken Mcnuggets I would have gone to McDonalds and, if I didn't want authentic I would of gone to Panda Express which we have one in Hutto Texas .Last but not least if I wanted sticky white... bland rice I would have gone to H.E.B and, bought Uncle Bens Rice which wouldn't had been sticky.

The sad part about his refusing to allow me to purchase off the lunch section of that menu is that Restauant was completely empty except for his 2 employees I seen in there and, not once did anyone say a thing to me as I waited for this meal but, they all spoke up and, told me to come back again. """""NEVER"""""I DON'T LIVE IN CHINA IN I LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WERE WE CAN EAT WHAT WE WANT AND, NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT TIME WE ORDER IT.

Four Seasons I hope you learned from this . All you had to do is tell me that dinner didn't come with what I wanted and, I would have walked out saying Thank you but, no thank you but, it was more important to count the money you made for today. Piss poor customer service and, terrible food it wasn't worth $10.01 or the gas it took to go from Hutto Texas to Wellsbranch Parkway . (Actually not WellsBranch Parkway but, about one street away.)

To the man at the front desk that took my order someone needs to teach you what customer service is all about AND, HERE IS YOUR FIRST LESSON IT IS NOT COUNTING THE MONEY YOU MADE FOR THE DAY OF 04/01/12

DISGUSTING!!!!!!. I have ordered from here several times and the food was OK? This was of course until yesterday 03/02/2011. I ordered the chicken lomein. At first I was surprised that it was very tasty, but then I suddenly felt like i had something stuck in the back of my throat after i swallowed a mouthful. it felt so aweful that it made me gag. i had to go to the bathroom and puke. well i soon realized that what was stuck in the back of my throat was not cabbage, noodle or piece of chicken. It was ROACH!!!!!!!!! I SWALLOWED A ROACH THAT WAS IN MY LOMEIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! I know in some places thats considered a delicacy, but I dont much care for it. If you do decide to eat her please inspect your food before placing it in your mouth.

Food good, horrid atmosphere. We went here for the first time on a Thursday night, the dining room wasn't busy at all - there were a few people waiting for to-go orders.

The off-putting thing for us was the volume of the people who work there. The staff in the kitchen were yelling and cursing, the staff on the phone and on the dining room floor were talking very loudly to each other, mostly griping about delivery orders and the like. The thing that bugged me the most was the delivery driver in his "Ibanez" T-shirt standing over my table - looking across my wife and I at the football game on the TV. It was just creepy. No respect of personal space, no respect that he was intruding on our meal.

Like I said, the food was good, but the atmosphere was not professional or relaxing. I've had quieter meals in a school cafeteria. We will not return.

Fast, friendly and Good for all. I eat here about once a month it is close quick inexpensive and they have always thought my infant/toddler was cute and even kept her distracted so mom and dad could eat. I also tend to take great advantage of this place when I'm sick as they deliver locally.

Wells Branch Neighborhood Advantage. Walking distance, great food, friendly and appreciative proprietors! They remember the regulars and the not-so-regulars, and they're sweet to my 5-year-old!
