Tips for Limestone Ranch

Save your money. I live here now, and can't stand it.

Of course the offers and the sales staff are pretty convincing. They do not tell you that they will constantly be into your business if they find an inkling of infraction, yet you will never get that kind of attention when you need something.

Maint. is a failure. they half way fix the problem to console you, IF you can even get them to come to you at all.

You pay for covered parking, yet they fail to tell you that they get a kickback from the local tow company (stalking the parking lot) (Big A towing) if you fail to display your park tag appropriately. So plan on losing 200.00 at one point or another.

The runoff for water is a joke, so please don't plan on your carpet staying clean as there is no point in the building that stays dry all the way to your door.

Lastly, there is so much dust coming from the ventilation system that you can't keep anything clean. on top of the AC pumping warm air and struggling to keep up.

Location is NOT everything!. The property is in a great location but this property nulifies the standard theory that location is everything. Service and response is much more important. Having your repairs done properly and in a timely fashion is much more important than location.

The office staff is very curtious but either doesn't have the power to follow through with their promises or are just great politicians in the making!

If you suffer from breathing disorders or a compromised immune system, don't rent here. It's not clean!

Facilities ok, but lease and staff horrible.. We received incomplete information when we signed the lease. We got set up on a "homebuyers lease" which is supposed to cut you a break on breaking your lease should your new home be ready earlier than you thought. It's a scam and in all sincerity, I still don't know what all it was supposed to have entailed. I'm not a stupid person but it was really convoluted. Basically we had to buy out our lease.

The grounds are COVERED in dog poo. Our apartment, when we moved in, wasn't cleaned thoroughly and parking is HORRIBLE! We were given the option to purchase a parking space, but they were quite far from our apartment and getting a minimally decent parking spot after 6pm or, God forbid, 12am was nil.

I would NOT recommend this complex. I mean, it wasn't the worst place we could have landed, but I'm sure that there are better places for the money.
