always quality and trustworthy. I am not a car guy and have had concerns about most mechanics, but I have been taking all our vehicles to dave's for the last 6 years and have had great experience with them. They give detailed recommendations, but don't pressure about unneeded work.

I just want to know what is most important and why, and they are always patient in answering my questions about what are the priorities in keeping my vehicles running smoothly in the most cost effective manner.

Great Shop - Great Customer Service. I have been using Dave's Ultimate Automotive at the Howard Lane location for about a year now. I've gone to other repair shops that did not even begin to know what customer service means. Needless to say, I did not use them a second time . At Dave's, my service advisor is Brad and he is great...I make sure I talk to him when I bring in my truck. All the managers and techs are excellent and I know that I will receive the best service and repair available. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and will also let me know which repairs I can safely wait on. I need to be able to trust that the repairs are done right the first time and if something does come up, I know Dave himself will make it right. I'm just glad I found these guys!…
