Honor's guarentee's. Planted two 30 gal trees last year at my rental property. Neither survived the freeze. Expected a fuss but none occured. Came out replaced the trees no questions asked. Great to do business with! Will use them for all my plant needs. They also carry many hard to find plants such as Ice Plants.

Waiting. I'm still waiting on a call back about replacing plants and correcting the outside lighting. Once this is taken care of, I'll feel much better.

Disappointed at First and then Redeemed. I had a terrible experience with Hill Country Landscape. The plants they "installed" for me were TINY....by anyone's standards. And several have died since they were planted. Despite having the designer come out and look at the dead plants, they continue to brush me off and say "there is still plenty of growing time left this spring". And they are doing everything they can to avoid replacing the plants for me. Furthermore, on the day of installation, they showed up with a different color of shrimp plant than I had requested. When I asked if I could get the correct color, they again tried to ignore my request and basically MADE me accept the wrong color.

AT LAST - 2 weeks later, I went into the nursery to pick up replacement plants that had died. At that time, I was finally offered full replacements on plants that had died or not survived the hail storm and high winds (exacerbated by the fact that they were so small...) And I was offered bargains on additional plants. I am thankful that Hill Country came around and did the right thing.

Hands down the best little garden center in town!. They always have a good variety and extremely healthy plants - I've never had any trouble with anything from Hill Country Landscape. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A lot of fun.... This place is worth the time it takes to get there! A lot of cool plants, even in the summer and winter, they do mostly their own growing, and the sales staff is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They offer landscape and sprinkler system installation, as well...
