Why not stop for a beer. Shining Moon is an enigma. The owner makes great burgers and egg rolls, and the clientel never changes - I swear these people live in the place. It's a beer bar (beer/wine/setups), and don't go there expecting a suave and debonnair evening. But if you want to have a fun time chatting with locals, this is it.
