great service and always accomodating

Always do a great job, anytime (rarely) that I notice that something was missed, by leaving a note for the girls it is always corrected. I have had to call a couple of times to change my schedule or last minute company coming in and they have always accomodated this with a pleasant attitude.

Great Service

Ame's girls always do a great job. They are quick and thorough and put forth the extra effort to make us happy. We are so happy with this service!

Once, we didn't have clean sheets for the bed (it had been one of those months!) so they stripped the linens, washed them, and put them back on for us. I HIGHLY recommend Ame's Cleaning.

The ladies did a make-ready clean on my empty apartment. Showed up on time, extremely detailed, got the place in shape.

Terrible / Absolutely the worst

Stay away, do not use this service unless you want a dirty house. The cleaning people talked on the phone the whole time. The counters were dirty, floors were dirty (trash on floor big enough to see with the naked eye), dirty dishes left in sink. Was supposed to be here for 3 hours; stayed 1 hour 45 minutes, then service tried to charge me for 3 hours. Total ripoff. It's sad when our only recourse is to write bad reviews. I seriously considered stopping payment on check because this service is such an obvious ripoff, but do not want to deal with it any more. I strongly suggest that you look for another service. BTW, most of these reviews on here look like Ame writing the review themselves. There is no possible way that any one could give these people a positive review.

Strongly Recommend AMES CLEANING - The Best Service

I have been using Ames Cleaning from the last three years. They have been the absolute best service I have ever used. I have been using residential cleaning services since the last 15 years and can say with full confidence that Ames Cleaning has the best service, products, and people in the business. My home looks and smells almost new every time cleaning services are performed.

In the last 3 years, they have worked very well accommodating my family's busy schedule and have provided very high level of service each and every time. Two of my best friends are clients of Ames as well and they speak very highly of her as well.

I recently tried their new eco-friendly cleaning service and was very impressed with the results. My house is just as clean and i feel good about the environment.

I am very happy about my decision to hire Ames Cleaning for my home and I strongly recommend Ames Cleaning to everyone. Great job guys - Keep up the great work!
