DREADFUL!. Horrible!!! I am a recent victim of fighting fraudulent charges made to my account. I'm completely shocked by the lack of assistance. I have been robbed & the bank that I have trusted in expects me to live off negative monies for 10 BUSINESS days while they straighten this out. As a single-parent needing gas in my car & food on my table, I'm going to find that hard to do with NO $. Aside from the struggle, the most disturbing aspect has been the complete disregard for customer service. It is the holiday season, so it is easy to be pushed-off because those with authorization are OUT. Those that are IN disrepect the urgency & won't get the help necessary. At the Far West location, the so-called manager should lose her job because she is not doing her job. I only hope that one day she'll be in a similar situation. Naturally, I'll be switching banks!!
