I work in the service industry so I used to come inside this clinic often. My job required me to frequent the back areas of the clinic and because I have some horrific inside knowledge of what goes on back there, I feel it is my duty as a citizen to report what I have witnessed with my own eyes. The man that owns this place, I can't remember his name, does nothing but shout at the employees as well as the animals. I have witnessed this ape of a man hitting the animals with his fist as well as with various other objects. I think the reason they take the animals back to this separate room is so that the owners will not see these terrible acts. I have seen this "Doctor" abuse the employees in every way possible. Maybe that is why they treat the animals in the kennel so badly. I have witnessed these kids yelling and actually cursing at the animals in the cages for nothing more than barking. I just feel it is my responsibility to inform the public not to even consider taking their pets to this place. I know that I would not want my animals abused the way they are at Northwest Hills Pet Clinic. Also, I told my boss that I refused to service this terrible excuse for a pet hospital ever again. I can't believe this business has not been shut down.

I have had a great experience except for waiting a long time the last visit and the billing department being a little slow. One more thing, They sold me heartworm medicine that was 4 times what I can pay for through PETMEDS. Buy your medication online!
Pros: Doctors are very good
Cons: Prices of medications.
