The first time I went to the Kitchen Door was at the Lake Austin location. I loved it ever since. My boyfriend and I are lucky enough to have moved close by the Far West location and we take our friends there for lunch all the time. My favorite is the pimiento cheese sandwiches and my boyfriend loves the chicken salad sandwiches. The bread is good, the desserts are great and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend The Kitchen Door for lunch or even dinner.

This place is great. If you go in, definitely check out the chicken salad (it's wonderful!) and for people who can handle a sweet drink try their strawberry lemonade
