Worst waiting service I've ever experienced. My last trip there was awful. It took over twenty minutes to get our drinks once we'd been seated. The waiter (some middle aged dude with black hair and a short pony tail) was incredibly rude, we tried to place our order and he snapped at us and said he had another table to get an order from first. He then proceeded to take orders from at least two other tables before taking ours. The people seated just before us had their food eaten and gone before we ever got ours. We were there between an hour and a half and two hours for ONE pizza. Then to top it off he charged us a "mandatory" gratuity of 18% because we had six people (my wife and I plus our 4 children). 18%?!?!? Maybe if the service was great but he was AWFUL! The pizza was mediocre. I will never return to this chain again!
Total Trash.
I just spent $25 on 1 lunch and a bowl of soup. The chicken tenders were fried beyond recognition and were so tough they would have pulled an old mans dentures out. The tortilla soup was so greasy there was a dark orange layer floating on top. The french fries were cold and rubbery. The only edible thing in the whole lunch was the 2 liter Pepsi.
UPDATED 30 Minutes Later
Zach the manager fully refunded my money and was super sweet. Bad food maybe a fluke?
Meh...not so good. Just ok pizza, wife felt sick as a dog afterwards. One more in a chain of bad pizza places we've found in Austin. This place is screaming for someone to make good pizza!
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. A Chicago-themed local chain with authentic deep dish, featuring traditional toppings mixed with Southwestern fare like barbecue chicken and picante.
User review by irishmeag. From a Chicagoan: this pizza is the best I've had outside of Chicago! A weekly favorite!
