Paying for rude service?

I love day spas. I love the massages, the pedicures, all of it. What I don't like is bad service and being treated like I don't know anything. I was referred to this salon from a friend who was a regular there, but I think only the regulars get treated with any respect. My massage started late, because the original person didn't show up, and that threw off the rest of the day. What bothered me more than anything was the receptionist who acted as if I was bothering her, and then I had to sit and watch her in WAY too revealing clothes talking to friends on the phone. I gave it a chance, and luckily my friend left when her stylist left. I won't be giving Eden any more of my money.

Excellent

Facial was wonderful - she really went all out and the bonus massage was wonderul. The massage itself was excellent - she really went above and beyond when I told her what pain I was in. Haircut was great - he really took a lot of extra time and attention to my hair. Pedicure was fabulous! The spa is small and intimate. The rooms were not cold at all. The staff was all very friendly. I can't wait to go back.
