Love this Place!!. I am so happy to have found this gym! I've been a member for almost three years and absolutley love this place! The staff is friendly and they know you by your name. They offer a ton of stuff to keep my interest and keep me motivated. I love the aerobics classes- zumba, pilates, and yoga are favs. They also have all the standard fitness equipment, treadmills, bikes, weights, etc. The all women atmosphere makes this a comfortable place to workout and really focus on yourself. No meatheads and creepers here!

Just like everything else "WE SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY". Thank goodness we all have a different pair of eyes! I see in Premier Lady a community of women who are supportive of each other in health and wellness. Our goal is to encourage one another for the better good of our Bodies, Mind and Spirit. I diffently get that all the way around. The staff and teachers are always doing their best to meet the needs of each individual woman. All you have to do is ASK! and know what it is that you want out of your workout and overall health/fitness. This outfit has been around for a LONG LONG TIME for a reason. KNOW-SEEK-AND YOU SHALL FIND......Namaste my friends! see you in class!

Dirty. I was looking for a gym that, for a change, is clean. I assumed that since Premier Lady is for ladies only it would be cleaner than any other gym where guys are allowed : )

But I was so wrong! It is dirty, dust all over. Bathrooms have unpleasant smell to the point that I was holding my breath each time I had to use them, dead roaches in the corners, dirty equipment, you name it!

Also watch out when you cancel your membership. They will make you send a certified letter to cancel your account. Make sure that you check if they received it and hold on to your receipt!! I had an issue with them continuing to charge my account because, apparently, they have not received my cancellation letter. Seven months after I left the gym I received a call from their collector telling me that I owe money for 2 recent months. After a heated discussion I figured that they called a wrong person! Different last name name, different address... . how they got my phone number mixed up with this person God only knows! They misplace cancellation letters, mix up members' data ... They are a mess not only on their fitness premisses but also how they handle your account.

Really make it hard to cancel your contract. I started my contract a with them 12 years ago and now I want to have a fitness center nearer my home. The process to cancel my membership (which was month to month after the first year) has been a nightmare. I have gotten two different sets of instructions about how to do it with neither of them saying that I could just come by the place and fill out the paperwork. I am still left with trying to get this done. NOT good at commuication. Getting my bank to change information and details of my checking and savings accounts was way easier! Just fax them...not Premiere Lady. Not a happy camper!

Horrible Liers!. This gym is a mess. It is dirty and is ran by teenagers.

The owner has a bad team and since of customer service. I started going there two years ago. They are always making repairs and the treadmills are always braking. I called to cancel my membership multiple times and the corporate office never answers the phone and never calls you back.

The front desk girls have no customer service skills. I had to repeat the spelling of my name many times. And they she still couldn't get it right and kept placing me on hold.

I would run like HELL from this place!

Total Scam!

Total Lies!

Dumb Staff!

Still the best bargain. They offer spinning, aquarobics, full range of fitness equipment and many classes. The quality of instruction has always been good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been a member for many years and last year decided to look at other options to determine if it might be time to make a change. The results of my little survey were that Premier Lady is still the best fit for me and was far and away the best bargain. The grass is not always greener....

Great Place to Workout. I've been a member of several gyms over the years and this one is by far the best experience I've had yet. I joined a few months ago because I was looking to get in shape and lose some baby weight. Not only have I started to see a difference, I feel great too! If you're looking for a place to workout, I highly recommend Premiere Lady Fitness & Spa.

AVOID! SCAM ALERT!. Don't be fooled, this place is just as big of a scam as all the other gyms! I was duped by these people. They try to be your "friendly neighborhood gym" but they are exactly like the others(24 hr and Gold's). They will talk you into a contract and imply it is easy to cancel when it is not! I lost my job and can no longer pay for my membership, but do they care? NO!

And to make things worse, it costs the same, but the equipment is all old and some of it is even broken. The first day I was shocked by how tiny it was. When I toured the place I thought there was more to it that was not shown, but I guess that tiny room is really all there is!

Other gyms are nice and new and have several rooms for classes, but not this one! That's right, only ONE ROOM for classes, that are all at inconvenient times for people who actually work for a living, not to mention that at other gyms you can work out whenever you want to, this one has shorter hours, and even closes early on Saturday and Sunday. Great for employees, I'm sure, but to people who have actual jobs, this stinks!

One last gripe, they play "The 700 Club" during the day! What?!? That's ridiculous! If I wanted religious doctrine shoved down my throat, I would go to church! Completely offensive, and due to lack of space, I was forced to either watch it or not use the machines.

So buyer beware, there are better gyms out there! And if you don't want to be locked into a ridiculous contract, buy some weights and take up walking!

They lie to you. I spoke to someone over the phone named Senta and agreed to sign up for a three month contract that I would be able to cancel at any time. Well it turns out that she lied and signed me up for a one year contract that now I'm being told I can not cancel. I am a trusting person and did not read what I signed assuming that I was getting what I was told when in fact I was tricked into signing up for a membership that I won't use. $30/ month down the drain; thanks, Senta for being so honest! I was told that I can bring my baby to childcare so that I can go to the gym but how can I trust them to take care of my child if I can't trust them to get a simple contract right? If you decide that for some reason this is the gym for you, make sure you read everything before signing your life away. You might be getting something totally different than what you are told so make sure you get it in writing. Good Luck!

Well, the plus side is that it is a women's gym - so you can let it hang out. I was a member of this gym for about 3 years. It has a lot of good points, especially the yoga. Affordable and relaxed. Some yoga teachers I really liked quite a lot. The yoga at Premier Lady is great for someone who is looking for a more non-structured, relaxed class. This is very important if you are trying to do yoga to get back in shape, recover from an accident, or are older. Ive been to yoga classes that seemed almost militaristic in attitude which i hated, premier lady is an environment in which you can take what you need.

Im kinda iffy on the rest of the gym, the machines are so-so. Although they have a good number of treadmills. They used to have a jacuzzi but it hasnt been working for about a year. The pool never seemed nice to me, too much chlorine and women who are just standing in the pool talking, not using the pool to do exercise.

I know there are a number of classes that are good for younger women, I could not partake in due to injury. The level of cleanliness is so-so. Not perfect but not the worst Ive encountered either.

The front desk is the worst. I hardly ever had an opportunity where I needed to ask the front desk something that was a positive experience. Nine times out of ten the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I guess that must be a prereq to working there, you must be young, have a lot of contempt for other women, and believe that your salary does not include having to answer pesky customer questions.

The other blogger here was right about the contract. It is very hard to make any kind of change, like postponing your account if you are going to be away for a month or more, and ending it takes an act of Congress. So if you are prepared for those things you will probably enjoy it.
